Green Earth Toner Cartridges

What machines do you offer Green Earth Toner cartridges for?

Green Earth Toner cartridges are only available for Hewlett Packard laser printers and most Canon personal copiers.  We also sell remanufactured toner cartridges for many other manufacturers including Bother, Lexmark & Xerox.

Where can I buy Green Earth Toner cartridges?

Green Earth Toner cartridges are ONLY available from Laser Cartridge Services. Every cartridge is hand delivered to homes or businesses in Westchester, Putnam or Rockland counties with no minimum order. Call 914-739-5144 to schedule a delivery.

Are your cartridges guaranteed?

Yes. Our Green Earth Toner cartridges are fully guaranteed for a period of 2 years and our other remanufactured cartridges come with a one year warranty. If you aren't completely satisfied with a cartridge, we'll replace it or refund the purchase price in full.

Do you recycle inkjet cartridges?

No. We only sell toner cartridges for laser printers and copiers. We refuse to sell any product that doesn’t meet our strict quality standards and have not found a way to recycle ink cartridges to meet these standards.

How can I tell if I have an inkjet or a laser printer?

Laser printers and copiers use a cartridge containing a powered toner and are a minimum of 10” long while ink cartridges are much smaller, usually only 2-3” long and contain liquid ink.

Do you purchase used toner cartridges?

We purchase some once used toner cartridges for Canon and HP machines. Call or e-mail for more information.

Will using remanufactured cartridges void my machine’s warranty?

No! Using remanufactured toner cartridges will not affect your printer's manufacturer warranty, as long as you use toner cartridges that meet OEM specifications, as all of our cartridges do.

What does OEM mean?

OEM stands for Original Equipment Manufacturer. (HP, Canon and Brother are OEMs)

What if the difference between refilled, recycled, remanufactured and compatible cartridges?

Remanufactured cartridges, commonly referred to as Recycled, are completely disassembled and cleaned of old toner residue. Any parts subject to degradation affecting the performance or expected life of the cartridge are replaced or recoated. The cartridge is then filled with quality toner specifically matched to the model printer it will be used in, reassembled and tested.
Refilled is a term used to describe cartridges that have simply had a hold drilled in the toner hopper, new toner added and the hole covered. You should never use this type of cartridge in your machine. A toner cartridge is made up of a lot of parts that have been specifically designed to only last for the life of the cartridge, if you refill a cartridge without inspecting and replacing these parts it will not work properly. Also, if you don’t properly clean the waste toner from a cartridge it can overflow into your printer and require an expensive service call.
Compatible cartridges are generally made using all brand new parts. Some people mistakenly believe they work just as well as an OEM cartridge because it’s brand new. In reality, these cartridges are not always made to the same specifications as OEM or remanufactured cartridges are. They are sometimes manufactured using cheaper quality components or a generic toner (not one formulated for use in a particular machine) and can damage your machine. If you see an advertisement offering a great price on “Brand new cartridges for use in (insert printer model here)”, stay away! You’re going to get a compatible cartridge.
